We did, and Matt put together an ideal campaign for the size of property we were selling. We sold it on the very first day. There were 3 serious buyers and Matt negotiated all of them upwards until we finally agreed a price that was 5% higher than the asking price! Very happy with the end result and with Matt’s efforts to get it across the line quickly (which involved him personally driving contracts backwards and forwards across town).
